Our C17th Cotswold farmhouse is set in a large garden overlooking beautiful countryside. Bould Farm is a 400-acre family farm, run by Gwyn and Lynne Meyrick with son Robert. We farm sheep and arable crops.
Bould Farm is 2 miles from Kingham railway station on the main line to London. There are lovely walks in the adjoining Nature Reserve and along the Oxfordshire Way.
We have a flock of sheep and herd of Limousin cows.
The farm is set in the small hamlet of Bould but is only:
15 minutes drive to Stow-On-The-Wold, Burford, the Slaughters, Bourton-On-The-Water, 30 minutes to Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon, Cheltenham and Blenheim Palace, 60 minutes north to Warwick castle, 60 minutes south to Stonehenge
The spacious family room has a double and two single beds, colour TV, radio, hair dryer, tea/coffee facility and large en suite bathroom.
The double room has views on to the front garden and is very quiet. It has colour TV, radio, hair dryer, tea/coffee facility and large en suite bathroom.
Enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the blue-bell woods in late April/May or explore the Nature Reserve any time to get away from it all, The woods join Bould Farm, but you might need your wellies.
